Currently, we are seeking to hire a young and motivated personality as
Marketing Assistant & Designer Print and Marketing Materials
Based in Prague, CZ
The Job Profile:
- Design of marketing materials in-house as well as liaising with external design and print suppliers
- Support various marketing projects (e.g. manage marketing campaign in CRM; coordinate distribution and translation of customer newsletter & magazine …)
- Support digital activities (e.g. content upload on our website and our content marketing platform)
- Support internal communications (e.g. create simple texts for internal communication, design newsletter, posters, HTML mail)
- Support events and exhibition (organizational tasks)
- Manage supplier relationships for events, merchandise, translation, print and advertising
- Invoice management, budget monitoring

- Marketing & Graphic Design qualification or experience
- Experience and design work with publishing tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. An eye for good design and a creative flair
- Experience with digital media and related tools (Content Management System, Sharepoint, Websites, Analytics, Social Media)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project). Especially ability to create Powerpoint presentations
- About 2-3 years of experience in a marketing assistant role in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong organisation skills
- Fluent in English, a good German will be advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with top management and customers
- Positive attitude, can-do-approach, self-starter, team player, remain calm under pressure, customer-oriented
- Proactive and confident person, looking to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- International work experience (ideally: work experience in a foreign country)
- Creative person
