Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. The jobholder successfully delivers support services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis.
2. Will work with the team and customers to improve existing reports and develop new ones.
3. Will update and maintain Master data.
4. In addition involvement in smaller projects and initiatives, providing technical and business related expertise to these initiatives and provide input into continuous improvements of internal support processes, tools and infrastructure.

Personality requirements and skills
1. At least 3 years’ work experience in an international accounting environment, preferably in the insurance industry or consulting firm with sound financial accounting background.
2. Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA is a must.
3. Ideally some implementation experience in SAP BW/BPC/IP.
4. Experience in working closely with IT development teams would be an advantage.
5. Customer oriented, flexible person, can do approach.
