ADP is looking for an IT Operations Control Specialist!
What will you be doing?
As a member of ADP’s Solutions Center team you will be responsible for managing and resolving 2nd level IT requests for internal and external customers. We are looking for a German speaker with an IT background and good analytical skills to join our team!
About the position
• Managing tickets via ticket system (Jira) be resolving within team or assigning to appropriate instances (National and International)
• 2nd level support for application and infrastructure
• Administration of IT-systems and applications
• Troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email and remote access
• Assuring that requests are processed in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
• Follow documented processes and procedures to support request handling and case escalation
• Contributing to technical knowledge sharing within the team
• Carry out miscellaneous duties and responsibilities
