Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Lean Manager of the company subsidiary is in charge of the operational excellence achievement of the local company with
- Lean toolbox implementation
- Local KPIs management
- Contributing to the daily satisfaction of customers’ needs in term of Quality, Delivery and Services by lean methodology application
- Coordinating and following up lean projects performance
- Reporting to General Manager
- Defining lean tools in accordance to group methodology / toolbox and needs of local site
- Preparing and coordinating Lean roadmap to track and follow up successful and functional tools implementation
- Defining and coordinating lean projects to support roadmap as well as general KPIs/ budget achievement
- Helping to identify resources needed and their effective utilization as well as identifies priorities in case of lack of scare resources
- Creating projects plan supporting budget achievement and operational excellence
- Defining teams and coordinates teamwork to achieve projected targets of the defined projects
- Providing trainings and couches other employees to understand common values and approaches and helps to define lean framework general understanding within the company
- Defining processes and related KPIs in order of proper SMART targets definition for operational activities that would support budget goals
- Creating lean standards and support documents
- Defining and helping to implement basic lean standards in operations as well as in administration (e.g. 5S rules, visualization…)
- Responsible for budget management
- Supporting new projects introduction by defining standards and lean targets and thus contributing to new products / processes performance indicators achievement
- Supporting QCD performances on plant deliveries to customers
- Supporting SIOP (Sales & Industrial Operational Plan) and PDP (Directory Plan of production) process
- Supporting quality systems according to Group’ rules and standards (ISO/TS, VDA)

Personality requirements and skills

Professional profile:
- Secondary or University degree of engineering and / or business administration
- Experience in lean management of at least 3 years
- Experience in operations, quality, engineering of production facility of at least 3 years
- Automotive background preferred
- Lean and / or six sigma and / or other continuous improvement methods
- Statistics knowledge and use of statistics software or advanced MS Excel user being advantage
- Excellent English language skills, able to negotiate in this language
