Job description, responsibilities and duties

Working hours: EMEA
Location: Bratislava, Aupark

Candidate will operate from a Bratislava centre, EMEA Billing Operations department. Our department is responsible for all billing related tasks from the initial billing set up, automated billing, manual billing, and special billing for EMEA region customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Billing of all AT&T's Global Services customers in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsibility for validation of cancellation requests per documentation in request
• Responsibility for billing set up checks based on specific non-standard customer’s requirements
• Responsibility for raising manual invoices and resolution of all related billing issues
• Investigate possible discrepancies between billing request and Oracle financials to prevent future mistakes on invoice
• Responsibility for invoice printing and delivery
• Support of special customer data set up based on VAT treatments or types of AT&T services
• Daily communication with other departments within AT&T, sales managers, dispute managers

Additional Information:
Contract type: Limited, maternity cover contract for approx. 1-2 years; with possibility to continue employment within AT&T
