Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Providing end-users with IT on-site support as needed, remote support for homeworkers and small sites, performing installation, configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of desktop software and hardware, network components, remote access, and other IT infrastructure and telecommunication matters as well as ensuring that all supported client software performs to specification.
• Verifying that users are in full compliance with company standards, security, and are fully licensed for whatever products they are using.
• Configuration of new PCs with the standard AT&T image, and delivery to the end-user, with training as necessary.
• Participating in the development of quality tools and quality management processes in a continuous improvement environment.

Information about the selection process

We are looking for an IT Specialist who will be responsible for quality IT problem management and IT customer care.

You will be in daily contact with internal customers in Brno, responding to and resolving IT service requests according to specified service level agreements (SLA’s). Requests will be initiated by the IT Service Desk, which customers are asked to contact initially to report faults.

IT or similar field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• We are looking for a customer oriented person with good communication skills and fluent English.
• You should have troubleshooting skills and experience with providing Software, Hardware and Networking support (2 – 4 years).
• Good organizational skills and ability to track and implement project plans on time and with quality are highly welcomed.
• Excellent Windows OS skills.
