Web Analyst

We are expanding Global Online Marketing team based in our Bratislava Headquarters. The team is responsible for delivering projects with global strategic impact in areas of paid advertising, SEO optimization, social media, and conversion optimization. The successful candidate should have 2 years experience working with web analytics, specifically in Google Analytics, including implementation, mining and interpreting data for online marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing key metrics, providing insights about performance data and highlighting how reporting data aligns with defined business goals and metrics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the entire customer journey from acquisition via online demand generation to optimizing the ESET website experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve ESET’s website performance and sales
• Design and automate business reports on traffic, conversions, sales and other online customer behavior metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving online marketing campaigns ROI through analysis of marketing channel performance
• Run ad-hoc analysis on key trends and make recommendations on findings
• Leverage web analytics data to identify A/B and multivariate testing opportunities
• Maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Management System and function as a subject matter expert
• Consult with the ESET partners to identify, specify and oversee the implementation of Google Analytics, AdWords and other tracking codes and functional requirements. Own the technical specifications, their delivery to the development teams and testing the new implementations pre-launch
• Maintain other analytical tools such as heatmap and online survey tools
