Talent Acquisition Specialist – Prague

You are a commercially minded, experienced on site recruiter, based in Prague. You are open to a role that gives you broad scope to set up a new resourcing solution.

The role is working in partnership with the in house team covering the Czech region. Your role, working for Hudson RPO, will support the development of the resourcing function. Covering a new region, across the Czech Republic. As the primary recruitment needs are within corporate support services, it would be ideal if your experience covered professional roles.

The direct sourcing model may extend beyond the client, into a commercial service the client offers, it is an incredible opportunity for you to bring your strategic resourcing know how, to delivering a commercial resourcing solution, with a degree of challenge and complexity.

A standalone role, your strength is with forging strong relationships with stakeholders. You are excited by an autonomous role and would relish the chance to build a direct delivery recruitment solution, with the support of the Head of Recruitment.
