We are looking for an IT specialist willing to be responsible for day to day support of system management services, tools, maintenance and application product set. IBM success on the market is based on very wide portfolio of software products, which are providing wide list of services. To ensure the proper run of the applications, their stability and functionality, we need autonomous administrators. The application can be installed on all kinds of operating systems, it communicates through the network and services are driven and controlled by central management server. This is the main area where the applications administrator will act. The person will be responsible for the day-to-day support of systems management services and tools including maintenance and upgrade of the application product set. Due to the complexity of the technical environment the automation will be mandatory part of the daily work. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- it will be crucial to ensure the proper run, stability and functionality of the applications
- you will be in charge of the maintenance, upgrade, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the applications
- daily support of various applications via GUI, connecting to CLI and working in Unix operating systems
- the person has to be flexible in approach to work, provide subject matter expertise for security related threats and vulnerabilities as it pertains to middleware

Requirements:
- UNIX/Linux/Windows basic skills and good general IT literacy
- Basic network principles
- Experience with any application administration
- Able to work independent and resolve problems, do not let the problems go away
- Good communication skills
- English: Advanced level
