Job description, responsibilities and duties

 Review and monitor issues regarding equipment during launch and assign issues to the responsible party.
 Be responsible for the three stage sign-off process.
 Make sure the equipment’s installation and maintenance guidelines are adhered to.
 Consultation with the line builders and end customer.
 Buy off each single unit and entire production line from SEF.
 Create reports to the Programme and Site Manager and other responsible persons involved in the project.
 Create presentations for status reports.
 Build ownership on installed equipment and keep technical availability
 Understand, analyses upcoming problems and provide potential solutions.
 Build constant relationships between SEF and the customer’s maintenance department.
 Develop and apply methodology (using tools such as 9 Panels and 8Ds).
 Ability to work in a team.
 Ability to co-operate with the team and the customers essential.
 Self-motivated.
 Adhere to and uphold all EHS practices of the customer and SEF.
 Manage claims during the warranty period.

Personality requirements and skills

 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry engineering environment, preferably in automation technology.
 Knowledge in mechanical and / or electronic engineering.
 Ability to work in a team.
 Ability to co-operate.
 Good communication skills, strong appearance in front of the customer.
 Apply structure and objective orientated work methodology.
 Support project management techniques
 English language proficiency , ev. additional knowledge of German would be an advanteage
