Job Description

Your challenge
  • The Talent Acquisition Consultant is expected to drive recruitment activities in the given business area and professionally manage clients and assigned portfolio of vacancies.
    Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for internal and external hires of Royal Philips, with a regional scope.
Your responsibilities
  • Lead on candidate attraction, selection, interviewing and managing the offer processes, ensuring the business find the best available candidates for their vacancies.
  • Sourcing candidates directly by conducting and collating market research and building referral networks via professional and social networking sites and other innovative channels.
  • Provide comprehensive resourcing solutions e.g. sourcing market maps and competitor reviews.
  • Development of reports on key recruitment related metrics to help influence management behavior, support initiatives and identify key trends.
  • Responsible for developing relationships with business areas and associated HR.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for hiring managers & HR within multiple Business Units within the allocated region.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with extensive, end to end experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment within a Multinational company (in-house, RPO or agency)
  • Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills;
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools;
  • Fluent English both oral and written is essential;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Able to form and maintain relationships easily through an established network of candidates;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure, comfortable operating with a high level of ambiguity and in environment undergoing significant change;
  • Genuine interest towards a healthy lifestyle and improving people's lives through meaningful innovation.
