Job description, responsibilities and duties
Well known international company has currently opened interesting vacancy. This is a great opportunity for experienced Accounting Team leaders, who wants to be part of well known company. Currently REED searching for the top candidates for the positions of: General Ledger Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Delivery financial reports to the Business divisions and Head office.
- Leading the co-ordination and relationship management with the local Financial Controllers
- Ensuring that the financial controls and reporting practices within the center meets Corporate standards
- Leading the SSC engagement with Internal and External Audit
- Developing plans and managing workload allocation within the team
- Ensuring that the GL team employs best practice techniques and technology to achieve maximum efficiency
- Continuously drive the performance of team through regular example-based feedback
- Managing internal relationships
- Ensuring continuity of service through the effective management of holiday cover, sickness cover, recruitment and succession planning.
