The IMS (Installed Base Maintenance & Support) provides maintenance, development support and continuous improvement for all standard releases in general availability. Our primary objective is to ensure an efficient and performance operation of SAP software. We take full responsibility for the code and we provide solutions to our customer’s inquiries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will become member of international team with experienced and highly motivated colleagues located in several worldwide locations. Your main focus will be handling of customer problems on the level of development support in the area of SAP ERP applications. Besides that, you will have a broad range of tasks to apply and strengthen your programming and product skills.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Analysis of complex software issues (on level of Development Support).
Creation of source code corrections for SAP Standard Software as well as customer specific applications.
Correction of data inconsistencies.
Organization of handover and integration of new products and features coming from new development projects.
Design and implementation of legal requirements in areas of expertise.
Delivery of customer specific maintenance and upgrade services for customers with special consulting requirements (e.g. in case of modifications).

• Language skills: very good working knowledge of English, German is an advantage.
• Strong analytic skills.
