Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Set up of new clients: including contract negotiation, supervise the workflow related to the registration of company and employees;
• Internal invoicing/billing: review the monthly billing process, responsible for time records and profitability – take part in agreement terms negotiation if needed;
• Relationship management: Supervise the work on key clients, take part in clients meetings;
• HR Agenda: Take part in recruitment and performance management process, cooperation with internal HR. Work delegation and responsibility for Payroll team structure;
• KPI report set-up;
• Coordination within TMF Group: Coordination of global clients, communication with CAM and on-boarding teams;
• Reporting packages set-up: Set-up/review of bridges, management reporting and upload GL files;
• Set up of project plan re: set up of new client;
• Crisis management: Solving of clients inquiries, solving of errors and creating process to avoid them;
• Be responsible for payroll department members development and knowledge: Assure that employees are well trained and their work supervised, request for trainings if necessary.

Personality requirements and skills
• Experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of Labour Law (Labour Code No. 262/2006 Coll. and its application);
• University or high school graduate (Education from the payroll accounting background is an advantage);
• Excellent Czech and English communication skills - both verbal and written,
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Proactive attitude and very good customer service skills;
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Experience with managing, control and evaluation of team;
• Flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
