Documentation Senior Specialist

Your job
Support centralization of documentation agenda related to exports from LAN+LAS in Prague. Comply with standard operational procedures in order to secure beer deliveries to our customers according to agreed KPIs.

Your main duties
- Work in a quick changing and constantly developing multi-cultural environment
- Work in a not fully aligned environment
- Intensive use of SAP ERP and other local applications, e-mail communication
- Support complex export processes
- Constant work on improving and standardizing processes

Accountabilities
- Prepare/collect commercial and transport, customs documents according to customer specifics and given timelines
- Avoid delays and extra charges due to incorrect documentation
- Deal with requests for changes coming from customers or internal departments
- Seek and implement process improvements
- Tackle issues which may arise
- Handle customs clearance around the globe
- Monitor zone samples and deal with issues
- Being SPOC for any special quality document requests and import license documents
- Train newcomers and support them during on-boarding
- Ability to support other team members in operational issues and providing first level assistance in case Team Leader is not available
- Shared responsibility with Team Leader for re-solving key operational issues in the team
- Provide trainings to new comers and support them during the onboarding period
- Keep the Process Documentation up to date
- Perform team routines and check points
- Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects
- SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support
- Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent

Experience
- in logistics or export of 1 - 3 years
- in working in process-oriented organization
