The challenge:
Order Taking department is the first point of contact related to matters of Logistics Export in different flows. In this position, you will validate a huge amount of orders demanded by customers from our Europe, Mexico or North America flow.
Our international team of Logistics specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.

What will you be doing:
• Process all incoming orders from customer received by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Order portal (web shop) and email.
• Verify completeness and correctness of order: quantity, lead time, availability of the product, credit limit check and delivery dates and verify if specific logistic rules.
• Gather all changes coming from customers or internal departments and process them accurately in all relevant systems
• Interact with other logistic supporting teams
• Provide training to newcomers and support them during the onboarding period

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Spanish - Advanced (C1)
