We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with Tech background who will grow into the role of Country Manager for Czech Republic. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This job would suit someone who sees innovation as not only a question of creativity but as the implementation and focus on business benefits that make the change a success story in the end. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys a client facing role and the challenge of growing the business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record either in professional IT consulting or custom software development
- Network of potential customers
- Czech - native speaker
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
