THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

We are a team of 8 PV Case Intake Associates who are performing case intake for
French cases into a global PV database and we are looking for a team lead. We
are performing daily PV activities including triage and data entry however we
all come from different environments and we have various backgrounds (language
studies, life-science studies, etc). We are looking for someone who will develop
our skills and guide us through our day to day pharmacovigilance work.

THIS WILL BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

For our outsourcing client we make sure that the medicinal products available in
pharmacies around the world are safe. For some clients Accenture is performing
end to end PV activities and you will be part of a global capability stretching
from Japan to the USA.

Your role will be to ensure proper daily task distribution, coordinate internal
and external feedback sharing, make sure that tasks are delivered on time and
with expected quality. You will need to mentor your people from time to time,
explain rules, guide their training but most important continuously create good
engaging atmosphere in the team. Last but not least you need to make sure that
project documentation and procedures are up to date, and your team is ready to
face audits at anytime.

* We are looking for new colleague who has university degree preferably in
life-science area
* You should be an expert with 4 years in pharmacovigilance area specifically
in order to lead the team and to communicate appropriately with the client
* You have high energy and drive to lead a team and you have at least 2 years
of people management experience
* You are proficient user of English and if you speak also French it will be a
plus
