Job description, responsibilities and duties
Coach and lead a team of Data Management Specialists in their daily activities and work with the teams to resolve complex issues and make final decisions related to these issues
▪ Handle complex or escalated inquiries or transactions
▪ Approve/conduct data quality reviews of processing outputs of data management/functional specialist teams, as needed
▪ Participate in HR planning by providing feedback, insights, and continuous improvement opportunities
▪ Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies and make procedural changes
▪ Oversee team performance and manage communication and information flow to increase efficiency
