What are your responsibilities:
- providing technical support to B2B/B2C customers by using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills
- answering questions and solving problems via phone, email and chat
- analysing and correcting product issues
- fully documenting customer interactions
- collaborating with fellow technical agents and supervisor to solve complex problems
Your qualifications:
- experience in a technical or customer service environment
- advanced level of English (B2) and German (C1), both verbal and written.
- customer first service orientation
- communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information)
- solid professional work behavior (attendance, teamwork, time management)
- intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
