*Monitor and correct regular data uploads BI systems SAP BW and BW/4HANA.
*Incident and service handling plus proactive support for internal BI end users.
*Transfer new BW reporting applications from project to operation.
*Implementation of changes based on customer requirements; set-up and further develop implemented ETL processes.

*Experience in support of ETL processes, process chain setup & monitoring of data loads.
*Knowledge of ABAP is a plus.
*Knowledge of any of SAP ERP Modules is a plus.
*Strong intercultural competence, high sense of responsibility.
*High service orientation and proactivity.
*Communicative level of English
