Our airline AirExplore is primarily focused on the provision of services in the field of irregular passenger transport and ACMI.
For our company works team of professionals with years of experience working with different airlines.
We are currently looking for a professional for role of OCC Manager:
• Is responsible for the management and supervision of functions and activities within the scope of operational control activities in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards;
• Has overall responsibility to ensure that operations are conducted within regulatory requirements and commercial guidelines;
• Ensuring the daily supervision and management of the flight operation, including aircrew;
• Ensuring that any disruption to the flying program is dealt with in a calm and professional manner with due regard to passenger welfare policy and cost effective solutions;
• Ensure that all pre-OPS planning is implemented as close to plan as possible;
• Liaison with the maintenance team to ensure that schedules are met and any unplanned events are dealt with to produce a speedy solution to any problem;
• Ensuring that all OCC operational staff are trained;
• Follow up on air traffic routing problems and delay analysis;
• Creating and improving processes, systems and management practice in OCC operations;
• Supervision of activities during abnormal and difficult operations;
• OCC roster planning .

Personality requirements and skills
• University degree or full secondary school education;
• 5 or more years in a corporate aviation flight department as either a Scheduler, Dispatcher and/or Flight Follower;
• At least 3 years in a Supervisor/Manager role directly overseeing the day-to-day activities of a minimum of 4 personnel;
• Strong ethics, leadership, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress;
• Effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation;
• Willingness to work outside of regular working hours, during public holidays etc.
