With this role, we're looking for a strong editor who can tackle this opportunity programmatically. Our ideal candidate is an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing email communication, launch announcements, training materials, and website content. The candidate must be an independent problem solver with a proven ability to navigate tough deadlines and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. This is a high potential and high visibility role with the following responsibilities:
· Understand the opportunities for communication and create a process to enable the Finance Operation CX Program to create the right content (email notifications, website content, training materials, etc.)
· Define quality, create templates, and ensure adherence and adoption.
· Pursue a deep understanding of the Finance Operations teams’ goals and ongoing changes towards creating proactive communication.
· Work closely with the marketing and branding lead towards consistent messaging.
· Participate in a community of content creators and subject matter experts across the organization to share best practices and identify emerging needs.
A successful candidate must be comfortable taking initiative, operating at a global scale understanding cultural and local preferences, and working across teams in an agile environment. Your peers are level-headed, top-notch performers who insist on high standards, advocate passionately for customers, and proactively take the lead when necessary.
