An Outsourcing Team Manager guides the team to work toward the overall vision of the organization, whilst finding ways to work towards Amazon’s mission of being the most customer centric company on earth. As an Outsourcing Team Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Supervising a team of outsourcing specialists, responsible for sourcing and management of freelance and in-house linguist, as well as major vendors;
· Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, efficiency, and consistent communication;
· Measuring performance, providing feedback and coaching individual contributors;
· Resource management and hiring: building staffing and capacity plans and monitor progress against plan;
· Creating team goals based on a robust set of operational and business metrics;
· Ownership of inter- and cross- departmental projects: identifying process improvement opportunities, solving complex issues and proactively managing stakeholders’ needs;
· Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies, projects and procedures to meet short- and long-term goals;
· Focusing on your customers and provide them with smart solutions;
· Creating an inspiring team culture in alignment with the leadership principles, and based on open communication, inclusion and high levels of job satisfaction.
In this role you are expected to perform as a Program Manager / Team Manager, to work closely with your peers, senior managers and several stakeholders, and to drive the expansion of the specific areas of the business. The successful candidate will have a solid sense of ownership, a data-driven approach to decision making, a passion for scalable productivity models, a strong talent for dealing with the ambiguity of ever-changing scenarios.

· At least 4 years of work experience as program manager and people management, in a fast-paced environment
. Demonstrated experience in end to end project or program management with tracked record of delivering results and stakeholder management.
· Proven ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision-making and implement effective resolutions.
. Strong prioritization, time management skills and ability to delegate effectively.
. Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
. Experience in the localization field
. Business analysis skills
. Extensive excel knowledge
· Excellent communicator (written and verbal), composure under pressure and professional attitude.
. Proven ability to lead by influence, giving and receiving feedback effectively.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
. Demonstrated experience in end to end project or program management with tracked record of delivering results and stakeholder management.
