Program Manager

Amazon is looking for a self-driven Program Manager to become a major contributor to the fast-paced world of localization services. · Drive process improvement projects that increase team efficiency and excellence in the area of recruitment, selection, orientation and familiarization of vendors
· Maintain an efficient relationship with vendors, resolve issues at scale and anticipate needs associated with vendor experience
· Develop and maintain an accurate and diverse vendor database following and anticipating business needs
· Drive the implementation of tooling and automation in matching vendors to content types and assignments based on capacity, availability, and performance
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain appropriate vendor-specific procedures, solutions, and instructions
· Conduct data analysis and derive actionable items for the organization
