Amazon is looking for a self-driven Program Manager to become a major contributor to the fast-paced world of localization services. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in an environment where your ability to identify, communicate and drive change will be key. You will be part of a team managing relationships with vendors and setting up mechanisms for effective collaboration.

The successful candidate will possess analytical and project management skills. They will effectively multitask and prioritize, maintaining a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment. They will have a proven record of outstanding communication with colleagues, cross-functional leaders, and external partners. They will be proactive and solution-oriented. They will be comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment, where change and ambiguity are present as we constantly grow, improve, and innovate.
· Drive process improvement projects that increase team efficiency and excellence in the area of recruitment, selection, orientation and familiarization of vendors
· Maintain an efficient relationship with vendors, resolve issues at scale and anticipate needs associated with vendor experience
· Develop and maintain an accurate and diverse vendor database following and anticipating business needs
· Drive the implementation of tooling and automation in matching vendors to content types and assignments based on capacity, availability, and performance
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain appropriate vendor-specific procedures, solutions, and instructions
· Conduct data analysis and derive actionable items for the organization
