Job description, responsibilities and duties
Cyber Security Engineer Tier 3
Our team is part of Cyber Security Operations managing security devices for our dedicated customers, mostly EMEA restricted customers, supporting changes and incidents for customer’s production devices.
We are looking for highly motivated and reliable individual with effective problem solving skills who would be part of Tier3 group that provides assistance to Tier2 group and who would:
• have communication abilities needed for customer interaction and team play.
• be supporting complex changes and complex incidents that Tier2 team is unable to resolve.
• be taking ownership of escalated cases by Tier2 and driving it to resolution.
• do reviews of security policy or configuration changes.
• support technical projects and documentation.
• support MSS EMEA-Restricted infrastructure management and maintenance.
• decide if a case needs to be sent to vendor.
• deal with RCAs (Route Cause Analyzes).
Requirements:
• Minimum CCNP / CCNP Security knowledge level or equivalent
• Firewall, Proxy, IPS certification is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in network security environment is an advantage
Additional Info:
• Tier2 works shift rotation to cover 24/7 but Tier3 works only central shift (9-5.30).
• Tier3 weekly standby support for Tier2 (1 week in a month per Tier3 member).
• Overtimes in off hours have extra pay rate.

• Internal trainings and mentoring are provided to newcomers.
• Our team gets vendor trainings every year on technologies we support.
• Certifications are reimbursed.
