Job description, responsibilities and duties
US working hours: 14:00 PM - 22.30 CET
Carrier Manager is point of contact primarily for the internal customers and will be coordinating and managing milestone completion on circuit delivery projects.
• Good understanding of project timelines
• Contact and coordinate all involved parties to move the orders back into Standard process
• Provide regular updates in specified tools regarding Project milestones
• Ability to track orders and provide status using AT&T internal systems
• Supporting Ethernet services projects in domestic US market
