Order Management for ATX products ordered by global business customers
Order management team is responsible for site level implementation management which includes mainly customer communication, communication with all internal resources (engineering, project management, order creators, sales…) to ensure smooth and timely delivery process, data circuit delivery tracking including sorting out issues between all involved parties and teams, securing of internal resources for service installations e.g. field technician, remote engineering, preparing of weekly status reports for internal partners and customers, attending regular calls if applicable for assigned customers. This position is in the middle of the whole delivery process, order manager oversees the whole service delivery and drives for fast resolution of issues that may arise during the delivery process and therefore good knowledge of internal procedures, good time management and detail orientation is required.
