Job description, responsibilities and duties

Summer is almost over, so it is time to start thinking about long winter. Would you like to spend this upcoming winter season more adventurous? Do you want to bring some excitement into these early evenings? Meet up with different nationalities from all over the world? If so, then you are the right person for us.

The role will involve:
• Checking guests in and out
• Assisting guests with their queries
• Booking activities, arranging transport, and so on
• Answering emails and phone calls

• Salary depends on the task and previous experience: 11,99 - 12,99€/h (approx. 2300brutto/month)
• working 3 shift system
• Finnish employment contract
• Accommodation: provided (paid by employee: 250-300€/month - deducted from the salary, usually shared rooms)
• Food: provided, paid by employee (5,61€/meal)
• Starting date: 21.11. or 1.12.2019 (depends on the weather)
