Salary: all together around could be 15-17€/h (including pekkanen, production and effectivity bonus)
2-3 shifts system
Hours per week: 40h/week
Possibility to work for bank hours
Accommodation: provided, paid by employee, approx. 250-300 €/month
Holiday compensation (around 9 % extra in first year)
Paid public holidays (around 4 % extra) after first month
Occupational health care after first month
Work insurance
Relocation service (accommodation arrange, tax office visits, etc.)
