Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Develop and grow Bel Power Solutions sales for all Power Product lines throughout Eastern Europe with a focus on Strategic and Key Accounts.
• Grow the business at existing sales channels such as distributors, system integrators, resellers etc. while developing new ones to address the various markets covered by Bel Power Solutions portfolio.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals while remaining within expense budget guidelines.
• Manage all channels and relationships in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
• Visit accounts to win business, forge relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, specify products and promote the use of Bel Power Solutions in general.
• Provide sales training to business partners (reps and distributors) as appropriate.
• Work closely with product management, inside sales, and customer service to ensure the required level of service is provided to the customer on-time.
• Provide periodic reports to sales & operations (S&OP) process, including forecast info and percent to plan.
• Maximize profit margin while maintaining customer base.

Personality requirements and skills
7 + years in a technical sales environment with account and/or territory management experience. Preferably in Industrial power and/or Telecom power electronics applications.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of strategic selling techniques and TCO approach.
Background in effective time and territory management.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Able to travel 50% as this is a field based function.
