Job description, responsibilities and duties

BlueLink International CZ is an international customer service centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline and hotel chain clients.

Currently we are looking for a new colleague for the position:

Customer Service Coordinator – with excellent GERMAN / FRENCH / ITALIAN / RUSSIAN / ROMANIAN

What are you going to do?

• Book air tickets by the phone
• Work for Air France, Delta Airlines and KLM customers
• Provide phone support to the passengers
• Work with online booking programs such as Amadeus

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1)
