Our client is a successful, in Central and Eastern Europe operating industrial company that is known for its high quality, customer focus and production efficiency. We are looking for a flexible, strong analytical and IT savvy commercial excellence manager, who is willing to travel (50%+). Place of work can either be Vienna, the local units or home office.
Your tasks
In this newly created and exciting staff position, you will directly report to the Group CEO. You will actively take part in supporting all subsidiaries by delivering commercial excellence tools. First priority will be driving the data integration related to sales functions - data collection, cleansing and transparency including plausibility checks - through analyses, advanced modelling and visualization tools to gain insights for business decisions. Hence you will develop a uniform sales dashboard for all subsidiaries to facilitate analyses for top management. In a next step, the focus will be to enhance capabilities of the sales teams in strategic marketing, customer, product and pricing management by implementing the required processes and tools.
Your qualifications
You have a master’s degree in business informatics, mathematics or economics with focus on sales, marketing or controlling, a few years of experience in data analytics, consulting experience would be an advantage, and an excellent command of English. German and Eastern European languages would be a plus. You are a result-driven team player with solid interpersonal skills and business acumen who has statistical and problem-solving skills as well as frustration tolerance and a persistent attitude. You should be able to deliver structure, insights and answers to very loosely defined problems and have the ability to allocate time efficiently and manage competing priorities.
