Our iLogistics IT team provides tailor-made IT services for transport and logistics industry with the aim of streamlining communication and providing transparency throughout the supply chain. Join us as our Team Assistant to provide a full range of administration support and service to the IT Application Managment department.

The key responsibilities of the role will be varied day to day but will focus around:
• Administration & support of sales and invoicing related tasks (service quoting, service invoicing/charging, incoming invoice preparation & support)
• Product management tasks (preparation of product cost allocation; continuous verification of proper license management related to each IT product as a basis for service charging);
• Preparation of project presentations, supporting project administration - e.g. time tracking, communication, etc.
What we expect:
• Graduate with relevant background and work experience
• Have a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and organization skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to listen and learn
• Accurate and numerate
• Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
• Excellent IT skills (computer literacy)
• Good English is a must, German would be an advantage
