With a great deal of autonomy, you will get to:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to advertising, searching, identifying, pre-screening and interviewing high potential candidates for vacant positions
- Recruit and select the most fitting new employees, whilst ensuring succession planning is in place
- Develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates by headhunting & sourcing via a variety of channels across different markets (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn, recruitin.net, job fairs, social media etc.)
- Proactively improve candidate experience
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required (HR projects)
To help us "move things forward" you will need:
- 2+ years of direct talent sourcing experience
- Fluent English; German would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for growth and team spirit
- Ambition & a self-starter attitude
- Empathy and openness to meet many different and interesting people
