Job description, responsibilities and duties
o Prepare business processes gap-analysis as-is vs to-be
o Prepare and hold steering meetings with the key stakeholders
o Prepare business and technical requirements for the requested changes
o Review and challenge requirements of junior colleagues
o Configure and implement changes or new SAP FI/CO modules
o Define interfaces between SAP and other systems
o Conduct QA testing of the new changes before the user acceptance testing
o Develop and maintain related technical documentation
o Train power users
o Provide second level support in SAP FI/CO Areas
o Proactively communicate needed changes or risks in case such are not yet on the roadmap

Personality requirements and skills
o At least 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO area, experience in SAP implementation, SAP FI/CO consulting experience is a must
o Very good understanding of general accounting procedures, financial topics and their business scenarios
o Excellent knowledge of financial supply chain management: accounts receivable management, asset accounting, financial closing, general ledger accounting, parallel accounting and reporting, dispute management, in-house cash, collection management, intercompany reconciliation, etc.)
o Excellent skills in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP FI/CO module
o General understanding of SAP Basis and integrations with other systems
o Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus but not required
o Team player attitude
