Become a part of our regional HR team responsible for HR Processes in Western Europe (UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium) and act as a reliable partner to the HR departments while supporting multiple processes in Western Europe countries. Use a chance to participate in various regional and global projects and to grow further with the company!
We are looking for a driven HR professional who wants to build and improve the execution of HR processes across the region. This role will begin operational but become more strategic, training managers, on process changes, consulting employees on Employee Engagement and creating activities to impact change and culture development.
You will:
- Perform full spectrum of the recruitment process
- Perform payroll and benefits administration
- Provide administrative support to drive learning and development
- Conduct data analysis and compile regular reports for submission to various parties
- Ensure update and maintenance of data in HRIS
- Respond to employees' queries and required services
- Perform administrative tasks and duties and participate in new projects
