Who You'll Work With

As part of Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization, the Customer Delivery team is responsible for the service delivery to enterprise customers. The purpose of the Customer Delivery team is to be the single point of contact for Cisco Services, positioning and executing valuable customer outcomes, improving results and creating a simplified customer experience. The Customer Delivery team is accountable for customer satisfaction, account growth, managing customer deliverables and partnering with Sales.

You will collaborate with Account Teams (Sales), Project Managers, Engineers and Architects to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction together with the Business Development and Customer Success teams.


What You'll Do

The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for leading our customers to Business, Innovation and Operational Outcome based solutions. The role involves extensive interaction with the client, sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. Account engagement is focused on the delivery of new or enhanced services to drive improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology, service management and project management, rather than extensive technical skills but a solid understanding of the customer services solutions and install base is often required to manage competing interests.

Day to day tasks include:

Understand customer needs, map them to Cisco services solutions, collaborate on drafting business offerings
Scope, price and contract (RFI, RFP response active participation) service engagements
Develop collaborative partnerships with the customer and their vendors & Cisco partners
Own customer relationship and satisfaction from service delivery perspective – single point of contact for services, customer advocacy
Service delivery Governance and Metrics Alignment, set up delivery governance models, teams and processes, ensure contract and KPI adherance
Crisis Management Leadership – Cross Functional Team Building – lead and steer exec-level service escalations across all Cisco teams
Drive profitable services revenue growth including revenue forecasting and margin management (account profitability)
Influence customer decision making through thought leadership on technology drivers for their business
Act as the single delivery owner for the entire services portfolio


Who You Are

You have strong financial and business acumen – knowledge, skills and understanding of P&L management, business concepts, tools and processes for making effective business decisions
You are a good listener
You have a background in Service Delivery and/or Program Management, Services Presales
You’ve encountered Cisco technologies and/or complex service solutions
You bring innovative solutions and delivery processes to our customers
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Economics
You possess a solid IT or technology pre-sales experience
You can influence and communicate effectively to senior-level leadership
You have overall good interpersonal and communication skills
Change will be a constant, so you will need to adapt to changing environments and priorities
You are able to use a range of leadership styles from collaboration and partnership to command & control based on business conditions and day-to-day demands of the role
You speak impeccable English and fluent Czech, German is an asset
You thrive on working with people from different cultures and countries
Permanent place of residence ideally in Prague, Czech Republic
