Jr/Sr Service Desk Analysts with French or English

We are looking for junior/senior IT Service Desk Analysts who would qualify for position of team member for small French team or English team.

You will be dealing with:
- Managing the Service Desk queue in a professional and consistent manner that ensures user incidents, requests and queries are dealt with efficiently
- Maintaining a high level of customer awareness and focus by communicating regularly with other Service Desk team members and IT teams
- Escalating incidents and / or requests to the Service Desk Team Leader or Country Operations Manager when required

Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer focused and service oriented
- General IT knowledge OR interest to learn IT technologies and processes
- Very good language skills in French (C1) or English (C1), both advantageous
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
