Job brief

Coordination of subsidiary activities in accord with group strategy

Formulation of targets and creation of plans directed toward meeting the goals

Responsibility for the whole range of subsidiary activities (commercial, financial, legal and safety regulations, personnel management, etc.)

Directing and supervising employees´ activities Providing professional guidance for employees as needed Supporting and encouradging employees´ professional growth (training courses, individual education, studying materials) Implementing group policy Delegating duties among staff members Maintaining budget for managed entity as well as the individual projects Monitoring expences against budget Making key decisions for managed entity Researching and analysing medical diagnostic niches leding to new diagnostic applications Researching and analysing competitors behaviour leading to competent strategy decisions Creating initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reducing operational threats, forestalling business risks, and maximising core strengths Identifying core competencies and defining operational goals
Qualifications, Skills and Personality Profile Requirements:

Lifescience backgroung (biomedicine, biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, etc.), experience in group management, laboratory diagnostics, health care organisation Flexibility, Decisiveness and consistency in principal matters Search for knowledge, the ability and open-mindeness to receive new information Communication skills, Leadership abilities, Organisational skills, Analytical and synthetic skills, Critical thinking abilities, Project management, Productivity management, Business development, Strategic thinking Respected authority on one side and and authority, as well as human dignity respecting person on the other side High level of emmotional inteligence, Care about ethicts and good company culture
