Frontend Designer – new product development
(UX Designer, FE Developer)

We are now extending our suite of SW products with application focused on less-technical users. Therefore, we are assembling a new internal team for which we are sourcing new roles.
Frontend Designer plays a critical role in our R&D. He/she is a part of company's high-level discussions and planning and work in tight cooperation with both the development team and product management team. The position is based in our CZ office, but you can work virtually from anywhere.
We use wide range of technologies when developing our products. For example: JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), git, Jenkins, Docker, variety of cloud services in AWS and Azure and much more. At least some experience with these technologies and proven experience in application design is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design new data-focused product featuring rich UIs (diagrams, graphs and lot of different stuff to play with).
• Design brand new features and modules for our Management platform.
• Keep an eye on the UX consistency of all our products. Have the final word with regards to UX when implementing product changes.
• Be part of the company's high-level product discussions and planning.
• Design and develop new products and implement new features for the existing ones.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Proven experience in application design.
• Experience with Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript in different flavours - vanilla, jQuery and most importantly modern UI frameworks. We are using Vue.js but experience with other similar frameworks helps too.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS is welcome so you can help development team debug challenging front-end issues occasionally.
