HR Manager

You will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment and, together with the respective hiring managers, getting to know candidates via interviews. In other words, you will guide the recruit-ment process from first contact to a successful offer.

• Posting our jobs on appropriate recruiting channels to ensure we find the best candidates to fill open roles.
• Sorting through high volumes of applications and pick the most suitable ones.
• Occasionally finding candidates with scarce skills to suit unique projects.

• You have a degree in human resources, industrial psychology or similar
• You are comfortable working work remotely and have practical experience in recruiting in any IT or online environment
• You have proven experience with enhancing talent acquisition and retention strategies
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You want to contribute to creating a positive, nurturing culture in a rapidly growing company
• You have great negotiation skills and sound judgement
• You are a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• You are easily able to build solid relationships with many different kinds of people
• You are organized and dependable
• You are fluent in English + any additional languages as a bonus!
