Franchise Sales Specialist

Now we are looking for a Franchise Sales Specialist who is ready to make breakthroughs and go beyond limits together with us. The position implies significant growth of competencies and has a huge potential to move up the career ladder.

:
• Process the incoming flow of applicants for the franchise.
• Communicate with potential franchisee partners via all channels.
• Identify the needs of potential franchisee partners and present them our franchise.
• Estimating competencies and personal qualities of the applicant and setting up an assessment.
• Working on the agreement signing and business plan creation.
• Organization of the meeting of franchisees with company owner and top managers for approval of the candidate.

• High school education with GCSE.
• Czech and English advanced knowled.f words and writing - active use every day.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Great communication skills, no fear of communicating with people.
