Our client, a highly recognized, dynamic and growing retail company with a direct presence in several major CEE markets, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate for the position IMPORT MANAGER.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• taking care of given team (motivation, coaching, evaluation)
• developed and maintain relationships with new suppliers
• strengthening of relationships with existing clients
• support whole department in all tasks which will help department to:
o grow
o increase volume of purchased vehicles
o achieve targets for profit & volume
• follow given buying strategy and impelementation of agreed changes, improvements
• watch/ manage that established processes are followed and functional
• responsibility for negotiation with partners in case of claims
• weekly/ monthly reporting
• responsibility for common operational issues
