Job description, responsibilities and duties
Nature and aim of the position
In this role you will be primarily responsible for supporting all employees in the use of the human resource management system (Workday). You will also work closely with the Senior Manager HRIS in various activities and projects in relation to the on-going administration of Workday as well as the deployment of new functionalities.
The role sits in the HR Organisation and has a worldwide scope.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support to all employees for HRIS inquiries via audio and video call, online and webinar.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and help resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and recommend Workday customizations, enhancements or workarounds to enhance the user’s experience.
• Provide data and reports to address specific request from user’s needs.
• Combine material from a number of different sources in order to produce reports.
• Ability to compare data from different sources and adjust data if required.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday by running queries and analysing data.
• Assist with new system release functionality and relevant testing (e.g. Workday Time & Attendance).
• Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, documentation & training material for end users.
• Train employees/HR colleagues on procedures and new processes/functionality.
• Work closely with other HRIS colleagues to ensure alignment and data interfaces
• Assist other teams associated with HRIS initiatives

• You will regularly interact with HR teams and Line Managers at different level of seniority.
