Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Manage a team of internal and external analysts, developers and testers using agile project management methodology
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Personality requirements and skills
- Min 2 years’ experience in IT/Business Project -
- Management role, in banking, payment service provider and/or Fintech sector
- Background in one of these areas: banking service and/or consumer lending product OR e-business and online channels
- Understanding of IT development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Experienced in MS Office products.
- Experienced in MS Project and Visio.
- Experience with managing projects in Jira.
- English command both written and verbal is a must
- Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
- Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements as well as to cope working in a challenging, goal-oriented environment
