Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• To elaborate all technical specifications for equipments in cooperation with the technology specialists
• To cooperate on assembly line layout taking into account all constraints
• To pilot adjustment of the equipments by using a deep analysis in order to achieve quality objectives
• To develop documentation based on standardised forms (work instructions to start the machine, Poke Yoke checking, rework instruction, QPS.)
• To ensure initial training of relevant people (Team leader and group leader) for each documentation and machines operation
• To manage equipment modifications according to requested process adjustment and/or product changes
• Responsible for process parameters (technical paramaters, machine parameter, define limit parameters to achieve quality)
• To cooperate on assembly line layout taking into account all constraints
