Job description, responsibilities and duties
Network Technical Manager has technical responsibility for the client’s network environment, for implementation and change tasks, providing technical network skills to the delivery center and the Accounts. Responsibilities in detail:
• Manages and organizes routine and normal changes implementations
• Provide network engineering for major enterprise WAN mergers, transformations and projects
• Provides consulting to customer about all belongings related to its network module.
• Maintain working relationships with customer technology groups to ensure compatibility between implemented solution and emerging business requirements
• Perform capacity management reviews to meet LAN/WAN capacity requirements of network locations
• Responsible for adhering to internal quality standards
• Perform technical knowledge transfer with the customer, acquire training on new technologies
• Participates in troubleshooting cross service meetings and drives all actions related to the network module
• Create network documentation for production site support and engineering packaging for change control
• Assessments of network hardware and software requirements and certification into production use and operation
• The handover of deployed solutions to Operations for support.

• Min. 4 years of IT experience and 2 years in technical project management
• English mandatory (written, spoken, reading and technical)
• Very good technical expertise in IP Networks (LAN, WAN, Internet, IP Management)
• CCNP certification is desirable
• ITIL certification is welcomed
• Excellent assertive communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and have strong time management skills
• Requirement for occasional out-of-biz-hours work
• High possibility of being on a call out rota for incidents out-of –hours
• IPT and UC skills highly desirable.
