General Ledger with English And Polish

Our very important client operating in global banking and financial services with numerous offices in more than 50 countries all around the world is currently looking for a General Ledger with English AND Polish to join their financial team in Prague in the Czech Republic.
Your new role
You will be responsible for following up on invoices from suppliers/customers/internal customers to ensure payments (receivables and payables) according to internal policy, preparing monthly closing activities, preparing and supporting reconciliations according to the IFRS, handling accounting policy and procedure inquiries, ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidates you will hold a degree in Finance & Accounting, will have fluent Polish and 2+ years of experience in Accounting, good knowledge of the international standards (IFRS, US GAAP), complex accounting, excellent analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices.
