Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will include leading the team as well as partly managing your own portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for reporting agreed KPIs, SOX compliance, dealing with audit and last but not least for Managing Transaction Processing for the allocated countries: · AR: customer cash allocation, reminder letters, statements, Avantor group reconciliations, miscellaneous non-trade, invoicing · Banking: recording of cash movements, cash pooling, reconciliations, · VAT and statistical reporting to Avantor companies

Personality requirements and skills
We are seeking for experienced AR Accountant who would like to develop into people management role. Previous experience in leading people is not needed. The person must have fluent English. Previous experience in working with SAP would be a plus. Knowledge of excel (pivot tables, v-look-up) is essential. Location of the company: Stříbrná Skalice.
